The FLASH
Red and blue flashes go on and on almost like they are fighting for which color is better, it makes me feel small, not like the leaping panther I am , maybe the panther within me has been stolen.
“Maybe you are just a little house cat,” A voice echoed in my head. Who was that?
Perhaps that voice is right, and I am just a little pest or cat – probably just a pest. I shouldn’t doubt myself. HISSE! People in green uniforms pass. They must support the green team! Wait, they are carrying something usually large in width; the smell is familiar …
My human MOTHER!
The person that feeds me loves me and cleans my panther fur is on a folder thing!
No SERVANT of MINE has no FREEDOM!
My mother is carried to a yellow van, and I rush outside. I haven’t been here for a while now; I must demand my legs to run even though it is not my flair to run at all!
*
Impossible, impossible, just how on claws (earth), have they left without me? Shiver me furs (timbers)! What do I do now? Perhaps I should go back home,I should go back, A cat never gets lost and definitely not a panther!
(few weeks later )
Wild panther has been caught, owner did not save me from some people , now I am in a cage with other cats stuck for eternity! DING LELING! BELL! Someone is coming in! She looked at me. I do not like stinky people who smell like turnips! But she took me! How dare she! She WILL regret taking a panther! That imbecile has put me in a car! She is provoking me!
*
It’s been a few weeks, I kind of like this place, “What are you thinking About?” The voice blooms while I yawn. “You are a WILD cat!” The voice is right except for the cat bit – I am a panther! Bounding to the garden, through the hole I go, Ouch! My neck thing fell – it doesn’t matter! Wait, I am hungry! I should go back home; the door opens, the new owner comes out, I look at her, ready to be holded up , instead , nothing ,nothing at all, she is a betrayer! She has picked up an identical cat ! That icky cat is not a God like ME!
What should I do now? The imposter has taken my spot!
